Freedomsilk's aim is providing our customers premium silk with reasonable price and best service. We are sure you will be delighted with our items, but if not, simply contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We gladly accept returns within 45 days of receipt for most items in good condition. Below is our Return & Exchange policy.
Please contact our customer service after you received your package via email at email@example.com to indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.Note: The following items couldn't be returned: Items on clearance, customized items (Plus Size 1X, 2X and 3X Included) and silk underwear. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
Our customer service will process your return/exchange request within 1-2 working days. After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will tell your return detail info.
Please ship (You are also responsible for the return shipping fee), the returned items back to the address of our USA, Canada, Australia, Japan or New Zealand address we give to you, including a paper write your order id and name (that we can know who you are) .
We DO NOT accept the return package without our Return Authorization.
Please do email us the tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org after shipping out your returned package and please shipping out your returned package within the next 3 days after getting our authorization.
After receiving the returned package, we'll arrange the refund within 3-4 working days .
Please note that, we will refund your money to your original account(paypal or creidt card, creidt card maybe need more 1-2 working days by banks), and if your payment is longer than 2 months, a small amount of your refund might be charged by Paypal as a handling fee which is out of our control.
